Ocean Network Express (ONE) has added two new features to its mobile app, Track & Trace and Chat, which were launched in May. Track & Trace is a function that allows users to track shipments in motion, and also check the status of documents, shipping instructions, and VGM (gross weight determination) information. The chat function provides access to ONE's customer service. The company says that it will bring ONE closer to its customers. The company's app provides information on transactions and quotes, as well as details of its worldwide offices and network that spans over 100 countries. The company will continue to add various features to the app to meet the needs of its customers.
